How to Use Shampoo:
- Completely saturate your hair with warm, not hot, water to open the cuticles gently.
- Squirt a small amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand.
- Apply it to your scalp and massage well into soaking wet hair and scalp using fingertips for 2-3 minutes.
- Rinse your hair and scalp completely with plenty of plain water.
- Once all the shampoo is washed off, follow with a cold water rinse to seal the cuticles.
- Ideal for dull, weak root and breakage-poor hairs. Results may vary depending on the condition of your hair texture and usage.
- To get long-lasting visible results, you need to be consistent in using this product.
How to Use Conditioner:
- Wash your hair in the shower. Rinse out all shampoo.
- Take a small amount of conditioner into your Palm.
- Spread it evenly on the ends of your hair. For long hair, spread it from the chin level and down. Don’t apply conditioner to your scalp.
- Run your fingers or a wide-tooth comb through the ends of your hair to work in the conditioner.
- Let it stay on your hair for 2-3 minutes.
- Thoroughly rinse off the conditioner with cold water.

It’s a really good shampoo and conditioner. I have used other wish care shampoo/ conditioner variants also. They all work for me. For people who think it lathers less, it of course will as it’s free of sulphate and does the scalp cleaning work effectively without drying the hair ends. The trick is to use a few pumps and massage on scalp, wash it off and then again use 2 pumps, it will lather amazingly. The conditioner is not really thick but has good slip, and conditions my less porous hair thoroughly. I hope they never change the composition of this product, as it works nicely for my thin curly hair, and oily scalp. Great for everyday use too.
